File downloads in 4 easy steps.
(Please read all 4 steps before starting the first one)
Step 1
Click on the link below (after reading step 2 and 3)
ftp://ftp.frontdoorfanatics.com/CUSTOMER/
Step 2
After clicking the link, a new browser window will open and an error message will appear.
That is normal. Close the error message.
Click on file, login as...
Step 3
Log in as shown below:
User name: CUSTOMER@frontdoorfanatics.com
Password: CUSTOMER
(The password must be typed in CAPS as shown)
Step 4
Once you logged on, a blank browser screen will appear.
You simply copy the file you want to send and paste it in at the blank window, using the edit, paste command.
A window showing file transfer progress will appear. When you file shows up on the browser you are done.
